报告人简介:

栾世路, 瑞典Umea大学临床细菌学博士,英国剑桥大学博士后。多年在瑞典 Umea 大学、剑桥大学从事医学研究工作. 研究涵盖Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B streptococcus) 和Haemophilus parauis, 致力于细菌致病机理,疾病分子生物学快速诊断和疫苗研发。

报告人简介:2008年开始在南方医科大学(原第一军医大学)攻读博士学位,期间师从原美国惠氏制药生物信息分析师Shuang Liang教授,主要从事组织特异性基因,疾病与药物关系网络的研究,并开发多个生物学数据库。2012年进入同济大学生物信息系张勇教授课题组进行博士后研究工作,主要从事表观遗传以及二代测序相关生物信息学研究。

报告人简介:Dr. Liu received her Bachelor’s degree from Southeast University in 2009, and Ph.D from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015. During those years as a Ph.D student, Mi Liu’s research was focused on the evolution of viruses, including influenza and ebola viruses, and have published several papers on professional journals.
