已知英国牛顿基金会（Newton Fund）提供两类项目申请：
一、Newton International Fellowships
1、目标：To support early career international researchers from partner countries (China, India, Mexico and Turkey) to undertake research in clinical or patient-oriented research at a host university or research institution in the UK.
2、条件：Early career post-doctoral researchers (with no more than seven years' active full time postdoctoral experience at the time of application)

二、Newton Advanced Fellowships
1、目标：To support early to mid-career international researchers from partner countries who have already established, or are well advanced in the process of establishing, a research group or network and a research track record in clinical or patient-oriented research.
2、条件：The current round is open to applicants from China, who hold a Distinguished Young Scholar or Excellent Young Scientist award from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Applicants should be within 15 years of their PhD.
