2002年获得复旦大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位；2009年起任南通大学教授, 主要研究方向为蛋白质翻译后调节与疾病。现任中国生物化学与分子生物学会复合糖专业委员会委员，先后主持国家自然科学基金5项。以第一作者或通讯作者在SCI收录期刊上发表科研论文80余篇，总IF>350。近3年以通讯作者发表的代表性论文期刊有：
